I have been attending Jen’s yoga classes for about two years now and I have to say she is very cognizant in her yoga: meditation, breathing, core strength, techniques, poses, safety, body movement, and body needs.  She will help you adapt a pose for you and your body and I appreciate that very much. Her classes are fun, meditative and a workout!!

Her class has given me the confidence and courage to start a new journey, she teaches with clarity and passion. I’ve used what I’ve learned in her class as the foundation of my own daily practice at home, I can hear her gently guiding us through the poses. She is always encouraging, giving modifications so we can all feel accomplished at the end of class.
