We first met Jen in her yoga group class at Lexington Healing Arts. It was incredible how she was able to lead a group of such varied skill levels, but made us all feel that she focused on our individual needs and abilities. Unfortunately the class schedule conflicted with our daughter’s schedule, so we had to stop going – but we asked her about private yoga lessons at our house. She has been coming weekly ever since, and as much as we enjoyed the group class, the private lessons are incredible. The meditations and routines are unique each time, and we have never had a stronger yoga practice than we do now. Jen’s passion for the power of yoga is amazing, and she’s passed it on to us!

In Jen’s class you will discover holding poses and slow transitions build strength and ignite the devine light within. Find your edge with Jen’s mindful alignment and subtle flow. Jen has a natural ability to lead you into deep relaxation and meditation. She is able to create space to help you get touch with your breath and your body. Modifications are always offered and fun is always encouraged.

I came to Jen’s class after 25 years of distance running. My body hurt and my spirit was lost, I needed something to bring all the pieces back together again. Her class has given me the confidence and courage to start a new journey, she teaches with clarity and passion. I’ve used what I’ve learned in her class as the foundation of my own daily practice at home, I can hear her gently guiding us through the poses. She is always encouraging, giving modifications so we can all feel accomplished at the end of class.

I have been attending Jen’s yoga classes for about two years now and I have to say she is very cognizant in her yoga: meditation, breathing, core strength, techniques, poses, safety, body movement, and body needs.  She will help you adapt a pose for you and your body and I appreciate that very much.
